I need help on excel and don't know where to ask

So i'll ask here

Ok... I have two spreadsheets... On one there is Coloums A-G... But only some are filled... On the other A-G are all filled.

On the first oen the E coloumn is filled and corresponds to the A on the second sheet... I need it so that if E on sheet one corresponds to A on sheet two... Then E-G on sheet two is pasted over e-g on sheet one... Is there any way to do that?
