Maybe Easy Question
Hi, I'm wondering if someone can help me.
I have a site using classic ASP. I set up the 404 errors to land on a customized page called maintemp.asp The site is not complete and thus some links will end up on maintemp.asp What I want to know is how do I capture the variable from the initial link (where page does not exist) so that I can do some dynamic customization. In other words, if the initial link is http://www.mysitedomainname.com/fred/123.asp and this brings us to our 404 customized page of maintemp.asp is there a way to grab the initial link variable? Thanks |
