MS Outlook - Forms
I have been trying to create an email message that I will be sending out on a regular basis. I selected Tools/Forms/Design a Form then selected the Message form to get into the design stage.
I put the subject in and a cc email address, deleted the message window (that contains my normal signature block) and created a custom message with the regular text that this email needs. Then set importance in the options.
I saved the new message as an .oft then clicked the publish button and said yes to setting the option given. Iv'e also saved it as .htm but it doesn't make any difference.
When I go Actions/New Mail Message Using.. and then select my new message, although everything shows just as I made it, when I add an addressee and send the message, what I receive is not what I think I have sent. Everything is there except the main body text, which has reverted to my normal signature block. There is no sign of the new message window that I created, even though it was showing at the draft stage.
Has anyone any ideas what I have done wrong please.
