need video game programmer ASAP!

I am seeking a video game programmer who knows how to Program 3d or 2d video games online and offline. Who knows C++ and other languages. I am trying to start up a video game making company I have good ideas and will send them if you are for real and willing to meet me and help in the building of the company building. I will only accept people who send me portfolios of what they have done or can do to. Yes it does sound more like a commitment but I am willing to discuss ideas with serious applicants only
Please keep in mind this most likely will involve onsite work wich maybe be a scary thing for most of us but those willing to consider the risk versus rewards and can dothe work I need from them would be appreciated

Lastly please ask these questions before considering ths project:
1) Can You create 3d games online and off If so please include a portfolio of what you can do?
(2) Do you have a lot of money you are willing to invest into a company you may be able to create with my help and other people as well?
