Netbeans troubles
Recently I decided to see how smooth Netbeans ran, so I tried to make an applet program: got a Web page file, and two java class files. In the Web page I added "<APPLET CODE = "TestClass.class" HEIGHT = 500 WIDTH = 500></APPLET>" to the HTML (like I've done plenty of times before in Visual J++ 6.0) and added the corresponding class. When I run it, it loads up with a Java applet with a little red X in the top left (not the desired effect), and at the bottom of the page says,"Loading Java Applet failed..." If anyone can help, it'd be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

--moved to the Programming Help forum, this problem has nothing to do with VB.
you better ask this question in Java/NetBeans forum, this is mainly ASP forum. anyways, make sure you compiled the code and copied the correct file. sometimes the smallest errors are the most hard to find. |
