Please Help Me!!!

Hi people, I am very new to ASP so please bare with me if I appear dumb I'm sorry. Please take time to help me!

I recently downloaded Fingertips Web Hosting Software which is built entirely in ASP from:
http://www.planet-source-code.com/v...d=6133&lngWId=4

I finally managed to get it working a bit when using Xeneo Web Server, however I have a problem already... Upon trying to login / create a new account I get an error.

I get the error message:
File: C:\SiteHosting\admin\adminhome.asp

Error: 80040E4E
Description: Operation was canceled.
Line: 6 Column: 1
Code: Conntemp.open(MyConnStr)

Please help me what does this mean? The code from planet source code is very small so if anybody will please download it and help me I will be extremely greatful!!!
