Problems with installing script
I'm totally new to ASP and was only intending to use a premade script, ListPics, which is basically a gallery script. However, the host that I use, 1ASPHost, does not support global.asa. So these are my three questions:
1 The instructions on installing isnt very clear, could someone please help direct me in installing the script? I would also like to be able to edit through the admin page. 2 The instructions state that I need to register an .ocx, but I do not have permissions to add to the base Windows folder and cannot run dos remotely. Should that .ocx already registered already or will I need to try to use another work-around method to register it? 3 How do I get the script to work if my host does not support global.asa? Rename? Thanks for any help. |

I seriously doubt your hosting provider would allow you to use this, considering there is an ocx control that must be registered on the server.
