Regular Expressions assistance

I need some help with regular expressions, which I just started using today.

I have approximately 200 ASP pages that I need to extract image paths from. Basically, I only want only what is contained in the image tag, nothing outside of it. For example, "<img" through ".gif>". Does that make sense?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
