Solution for automatically extracting email content and attachment?

Hi,

My situation is like this:

- An email account to receive emails from a mail server which is hosted on an ISP
- A website developed with ASP 3.0 and MS Access and hosted on an ISP

I need to extract emails and post the content of the emails to the website. Which makes things even more difficult is that many emails come with MS Word attachments and I need to read the content of these Word attachments and post the text content to the website.

Can anybody give me any ideas on how to automate this process?
