Suggestion please...
I need to build a knowledge base support on IF-THEN rules. What tool is easier to work with? I need to work it with ASP.NET. generally it will receive input from pages and go through procedures like
IF A THEN B IF B & C THEN D then gives the output of D Is there any free tool for this? i m doing my pages using Visual Studio
