What! No beginners here?

I am an absolute beginner. Just being told that my Company is buying a major application written in ASP. Need to learn or else.
I am a ColdFusion person since ever, but the challenge is good. Please tell me what I should expect. Thank you.

same hapened to me worked a lovly php mysql program then moved to a nightmare windows asp based .. cant says its been fun expect to be bold in a year .. pulling hair out will be the cause
