Why the table was not displayed in Excel Format when exporting report using CR 8.5?

Hi,
Ima using CR 8.5 in C#.net. In Crystal report i had placed the data in Box. The Box was visible in html format and pdf formats.But it was not visible in Excel format.Due to this problem i was unable to set borders for data in Excel sheet.Is there any solution for this?
Iam exporting report to different formats by setting "Response.ContentType" to different formats depending on the Format selected in dropdown.
Can i set Borders for the data in Excel in aspx page (not in Crystal report it self)?
