"Yellow Pages"

I need a script which will display advertisements for various construction professionals, by Area, profession and type of work. Needs to be searchable within area, or all of the adverts. There is no option for users to submit their own adverts as this is done by the admin. It would be good if users could sign up and have a list of their favourite adverts etc.

Anybody know of a script that would be good for this/can be customised to accomplish this? I cant find a good one anywhere..
