Iowa Police Patrol to Monitor Pet Waste (AP)
AP - A new police patrol will be watching pet owners to make sure they clean up after their pets. Police and park officials are teaming up to seek voluntary compliance of city laws that require pet owners to pick up after their pets and keep them on a leash.
