Tools for finding non indexed pages

We know how to find indexed pages. Lot of tools and procedures are available for finding indexed pages. But I need to get my website's non indexed pages. Is there a tool or procedure for finding not indexed pages for any site?

I have trust only on Google webmaster for getting crawl queries. You can easily get details of non indexed pages as well as impression, visits and average position for your website.

Just want to make sure, Google only provide indexed page count (how many pages indexed) and not the exact indexed and non indexed URLs. Am I correct?

There is a tool which called as index spy. Index spy provide a list In word press to make separate list of index as well as non index pages. And about another tool I haven’t heard about that.
