Alberti site
Load time is good. Buttons are a little too big? The menu bar is duplicated when I view it on a Macintosh. The flashing gif of the general is a little distracting. Other than that.. good.

There is an English link in the top left of the page - I like it, although it looks quite text heavy on the home page - they say a picture speaks a thousand words - here's a similar site to yours to give you an idea of how to brighten up the home page. Here

That site (dutyfree.com.au) has major flaws...you can input any numer >= 1 in the quantity field. Store the values in the database and read them from there.
