Firstly, I don't really like the Flash header at the top. It looks pretty basic and doesn't really do much. I don't think it really adds to the site. A nice logo would look better I think.

The homepage itself is a little boring. It just seems to be a list of the different links you have across the top. Perhaps some pictures would look good, and some more info. Also make them into links.

The news page is good, but it looks almost obvious that they've come straight from another site. It also takes a little while to load, going to the individual news sites first.

Chat page looks good though (although no one was online when I went in)

The only thing I'm really concerned about is that there doesn't seem to be much to the site. It just seems to link elsewhere for most things.

thanks for the feedback edwin, i will remove the flash and replace it with a banner image.
my major concern was loading the page as quick as possible. i will also change the news section shorter.

Glad I helped

Btw, for me, there weren't really any problems with loading speeds. It was just the one news page which was a bit slower.
