Hey i have just joined these forums, and i thought it would be interesting to see what you think of my form,

Well to be honest a form is a form, however yours likes very grey, a very dark and depresing feel, if you want people to fill it in i would make it a little more colourful.

plus there is no structure to the form i normally sperate different sections, I would always align all the form elements so they look better and are easier to follow.

I like a form to be complete and I would also use label tags on the text for the people that know what they are.

Your validations also is not that good, i would want to know what mistakes i have made all at the same time, not have to keep going back after each one, and i submitted the form with only 3 bits of info.

Your countries are also confusing, i lived in Gibraltar for 10 years and it was and still isn't a country, although i do like the flags, also i serves no purpose.
