Nice clean site, maybe too clean. Seems easy to move around, though I would suggest a return to results list on the search results.
Also, I'm not too sure how you will go requesting people to pay to register to find jobs, especially with so many major job sites (SEEK, MONSTER et al) that do it for free.

You should hide your email from spammers, and the "contact us" page displays a security warning because of the SSL. check it out

I may recommend getting together with a UI person, or a graphic designer, to work on the "cosmetics" of your site. While the functionality is there, it is not drawing me in....
