Great domain name for SEO.
But site could use a facelift.
Top menu looks bad, underline links, etc...
Try to make a more ordered homepage, with different colors.

For a site of this scope, you might want to consider some ASP/PHP functionality for site updates/maintenance. Straight HTML may become quite tedious. Also, the design as is currently will surely turn people away from this site.
