Ladies and Gents, if you please...
How about some opinions?
I'm interested in areas of design, usability, SEO, functionality, and content. http://www.nilpo.com Thanks in advance.

Hey Nilpo, Overall, the design is very nice. One thing I wanted to comment on was the rating icons. They are neat and all, but I don't like how the content below it shifts down when I hover over them. Haven't test it in anything but IE7, but I find it kind of distracting. Other than that, very nice and professional looking. ![]()

I agree with JMH on this
![]() It's very distracting to see the content shift Also, your page does not validate Validation Results Is there anything you need to do to the advertising you got on the top of your page? Why? Because the look and feel of the site in general is very pleasing but looks unrefined by the plain Jane-Doe google ads

Thanks for the opinions, guys.
@JMH: I'll see about moving that to the side rather than underneath. @lewy: I'm not so much concerned about validation at the moment since it is a generated site. Validation will likely result in another rewrite of the Wordpress core (which I've already had to do for SEO purposes). However, since it's only 3 errors at the moment I'll add it to my list of things to look into. CSS should still validate as I don't remember making any changes since I last checked it. As for the ad at the top; I wasn't planning on making any changes. What would you suggest? |

Most google ads have some kind of setting that you can manipulate to meet your site's needs.
And there are some that google explicitly tells you in their legalese not to change You might want to see if the top ads can be modified ![]() |

Okay, one of the Wordpress plugins is inserting an unnecessary div into the wrong spot. I'll identify the plugin and edit it to remove that. That should clean up the validation.
I also need to edit the remaining plugins and core components to remove extraneous comments. That will slim the page down even more. Anything else? |

My thoughts on the ad situation...not sure which one lewy was talking to but my suggestion for the ad on top I pointed out in the attached image is to add some sort of styling if you can. Looks kinda blah.
