Launching new site--please review

We are getting ready to launch our new website design. Can you please review the site and let us know what you think?

I am looking for thoughts on the homepage design and specifially keyword optimization.

Well, for starters the black background should go. While it may look good to you (it looks okay to me actually), most prospective users don't like dark colored backgrounds. And other users are the ones who will be using the site. Just my opinion.
