Let me know what you think of this site I built

I got paid to put together this website for an Asian customer of mine. I am looking for opinions on how to improve it and if the site is understandable, is the website address. I would like to hear any feedback. Thanks.

If I understand the rules correctly, new users cannot post URLS in their messages. Not until they have 5 or more posts. And since he's only got one post, it fits.
