Hi
recently I designed http://www.marclino.com/index.html.

now I want to implement online reservation in this site. which is best technology to be used?
I mean .net or alone ASP?

Nice site, clean and simple.
You should try and do it in .NET, is the recent technology.
If you do it in ASP then one day or another you will might want to update to .NET

I agree with MJOtam. Nice and clean.
However, I would get rid of that "More Lebanon News" Google picture/link. At the very least make the "More Lebanon News" the link.
Just my opinion.

One other thing. You should center the content so that users with monitors bigger than 800x600 are presented with a better look and feel. Or just adjust the settings so that the content expands to fit all windows.
