This appears to be less about a "Site Review" and more about just getting more traffic to your site, in which case this qualifies as SPAM and not a legitimate post.

If other's agree this thread will be deleted.

Do what other legitimate businesses do and pay for your advertising, don't go around spamming message boards.

I agree, this is only to sell a business concept, and not about site review.

It probably is spam but even so you'd think they could get the text to align properly on the buttons - there fine on the left hand pane navigation but the Submit, Learn More, Order Now and More Information buttons are well out of sync when viewed in Firefox...makes the site look more dodgier than a second-hand-car-salesman.
