Yes I have to agree with pws1970 and richyrich, you are breaking the law (in our country at least) but advice can only be offered.

Also people could in theory use the fact that there is no closing date against you in otherways, I don't know if Moneybookers does this but with PayPal it is very, very easy to get your money back.

They could in theory say that the site was a scam (please note I am not for one second saying it is) and have the transaction reversed. Best to cover your back in every single way possible. After all if you make it to $150,000 income and then 75% decide to reverse that is one heck of a loss, and you would still basically be forced to payout the prize.

Of course if you didn't pay out you could then be sued, leading to more money down the drain. Do you have a limit in your head that you would like to reach before handing over the prize money? Or do you intend to just see how far it can climb?

So was a winner declared kaid? The site doesn't seem to be up anymore.

But I know if I had paid money and the site went down so quickly after a competition (ok, nearly a month!) I would be suspicious. I'm sure not everyone checked it directly on the 30th, and who knows when it went down. I'm sure kaid knows the exactly date though

well, beginning the career by cheating is not very good way of life,
let's hope our dear kaid knows better than that.

Oh I'm sure he does know that and didn't cheat. But from an outsider (say somebody that found the site, paid, and didn't really check again for a while) point of view it certainly does look worrying.

In the end, cheating will catch up with you. You may benefit in large sums early, but ultimately, something will come back and bite you.
