For what its worth - the layout is neat and tidy - good use of whitespace. I take it is templated and as for the adverts - well I thought it was a page dedicated to google ads at first.

The idea I give 1 out of 10 - if you want my 5 bucks your seriously going to work a lot harder than that to get it.

The clock counter I know is there to add illusion that's how many people have guessed thus creating the idea of a big pot of money.

Your "Advertise with Us" link just links back to the index page.

Your front page doesn't really tell you what it's about. Doesn't tell you it'll cost $5.00 to enter, just says Answer Now. You click Answer Now and it takes you to a form page that says "When you Pay $5.00..."
Why am I paying £5.00? It doesn't tell me I'm going to have to before I reach this page and doesn't tell me why I'm paying $5.00

Think maybe the front page needs a little more detail about what you can win, what you have to do and how much it'll cost.

On your answer form page, maybe have a link to Moneybookers if you have to open an account. I have no idea what Moneybookers is, so a link would probably be handy.

And only another 12,169 entries to break even on the $100,000 award you're offering on this one.

I know about the Overview Page, but there was nothing to tell the user about it. Notice you've put it on the front page now.

I guessed that's what Moneybookers was, but hadn't heard of them. Better to have a link like you've done.

About Moneybookers is it the only company that will allow you to withdraw the money kaid? I have never heard of them and even though they could be very reputable, I personally would still feel rather suspect about giving them my personal details.

Can PayPal not do it for you? I know there are a good few countries that they can't/don't work with, but they are a lot better known and wouldn't require everyone to then sign up in order to pay you.

You are very right about this point may we very soon add more famous and friendly company's like (E-gold PayPal ...). but be sure Moneybookers from my side it's great company very professional and it's so easy and fast to sign up it's will not take more than 1 min

One thing that I have noticed there is no closing date for the competition - does this mean it just runs and runs until you start making a profit?
