Unique concept with the advertising pixel blocks, I havent seen it anywhere, although what will it look like if the concept catches on, perhaps a bit cluttered, unless you have solution ready drawn-up to stop this from happening. The other thing is the non-use of animated images, movement catches the eye better than static images hence why the surge of flash animated adverts on the web, which again may be off-putting to potential advertisers.
The only thing that I noticed was the radius corners on your table headings are not displaying correctly -- the right hand side has an unsightly vertical line, this may be down to the original image being stretched -- as it is fine in the Submit A Listing page, yet stretched in the New Listings, Top Rated pages.
I had no problem with the pages loading, speed seemed fine although I have just noticed the lack of back buttons after I have clicked on the details button I had to rely on the browser back button. Pedantic I know yet its the little things which bring back users again and again.
Looks good, all the best with your project. Hope its a success.
Paul
