We are trying to rework our site and hope someone with experience can help us out.

The site is designed for 3 basic customers:
Homeowners
Property Managers
Contractors

We manufacture and distribute roof cleaning and stain prevention chemicals and our intention is to educate homeowners and Property managers on better and safer ways to keep their roofs clean, and bring on contractors throughout the country that are interested in expanding their businesses by applying our products.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is very text heavy, so you might want to break it up with some formatting, images or colors or something . You might consider using some background colors to differenciate the columns.. Very nice site

Also, we are thinking about adding voice to the page so that when someone does visit the site, they will be welcomed by a short voice message that will explain the 3 different sections.

Has anyone ever done this or have comments on whether or not it might be useful or just annoying?

I hate when websites have voice overs, i usally have music playing while i'm surfing the net and it is annoying having a website start talking to you.

WHY is the sites text centrally aligned, please left-aligned or justify - never, never central - your site is not a child's book nor is it an advertising flyer, it should be treated the same way as you read a book/newspaper or magazine. You also need to break it up more, throw in a couple of <hr> tags to break up your paragraphs. Sway away from the voice-control as well - the majority of people will click off your site as soon as that breaks in thus losing you potential business.
