Well its ok, but who are you intending to aim this at, there are thousands of sites offering the same sort of information, and are more accurate. for example

Is simply not true, tables should not be used for layout, according to web standards that plus frames are not widely used at all, infact i would say that only about 1-5% if that use frames.

Your over all design is ok, but the google ads are easier to read then your links, and you logo says very little to nothing about your site.

I think you will struggle to find traffic for your site, but good luck

yeah i have to agree with EnenDaveyBoy. when i first started going into web design i wanted to create a site like yourself, but as i came across problems building computers and working with them and websites too i found various places, ie here and devshed that are exceptionally helpful. I knew i could never compete or offer the same amount of advice. So i figure that i should focus the advice i could give here and at devshed and a couple of others !!

The site looks ok though. Not too sure i like the font for your logo as it looks like TNR to me but that is obciously a personal choice. And ads that make a site look messy really irritate me! me off, but again that is up to you.

Good luck with it all !!

RF
