I have just launched a website for swapping IT and web skills.
So if you want a Flash Intro but don't know flash you can offer to write a ASP script for a Flash developer in return for them creating a Flash intro for you.
I would be grateful if someone could give any comments or suggestions the site does not use ASP but it could be useful for any ASP scripters for completing projects they do not have all the necessary skills for.
