first thought is it somehow separate content from each other. It all kinda runs together and I can't differentiate section/topics on the homepage. That's the first thing I would recommend.

I would probably use bold font for the top menu. It is hard to read it especially the selected item.

I agree with shamrog12. You needer a better layout that separates everything nicely so that all the info. you're trying to display doesn't overwhelm the viewer. You're on a good start but you need to fix this.

Thanks a lot for your tips guys - that's really appreciated. I do agree that it's a little 'busy' - I've boxed a few areas a little more clearly now, so hopefully it will make it a little easier to distinguish areas.

If you have any other ideas/advice on any other parts of the site, I'd love to hear them.

And thanks again for taking the time to help out - it's really great of you.
