Breaks all known usability rules in existence (Flash-only sites are baaad, m'kay?)

HTML Validator throws up 19 errors on HTML4.01 Transitional: http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.radixdesign.com , 23 on Strict.

Isn't affected by UA font-size settings, hard to read at 1600x1200 equally at the other extreme of 640x480 (horizontal scroll bar) (yet another reaosn why Flash is baad)

Load time is prohibitive... takes 25 seconds at 8mbps Cable, I dread to think how long it takes on dialup

Animated visualisation is distracting from the content

Text isn't selectable or screen-reader accessable

....and thats just accessibility

There are other issues with content as well

For example:"Software Experience", customers are not going to know what any of those icons are, nor are they actually concerned with what tools you use, only potential employers are... you list those on your resume instead, I recoomend you show clients what previous work you've done, and if you've just begun, that's no excuse... the main excerise in this to create work for ficticious companies. This shows you are devoted to your work and increases a client's chance of contracting you.

Your navigation menu is unweildly and hard to use... I have no idea what each "page" links to without waiting 250ms for the page to popup and tell me what its for.

Poor Discoverability is baaad, m'kay?

...Hence why Apple discouraged context menus in their HCI guidelines for OS9 and previous (but the rules have changed now)

As for the 3D model of the female... its skewed in the top right hand corner and looks unprofessional.

You claim to work with Search-Engine Optimisation, but your code is hardly SEO'd.

Putting keywords in comments does NOT count as SEO, for one... engines don't index comments, and secondly its cheating and my respect for you just dropped 20 points.

"Content is King", and what little content you have isn't sufficient.

</Harsh>

Hope you improve with the passing of time

Also you spelt 'wait' wrong in your
'Please waite while loading...' message.

Looks unprofessional.

EDIT: and 'Work Experiance'

</pedantic>

I don't agree with the 'Takes a long time to load' - but seeing as the thread was two months ago, this may have been sorted.

Site looks good and professional, but I think the grey background could be lightened up a little to look more welcoming.
