You need to look at what you are selling...Mugs.

On the front page, you therefore should have a picture of a Mug.

There is just too much text on that first page.

Try and step back and strip the design down to the bare essentials of what is required.

A logo.

Images of mugs.

A menu.

I looked through the site, and failed to see one mug.

Other questions you need to ask are :

Do you really need an intro page ?
Does the user understand the business model ?
What if the mug gets broken during transportation ?
Do you really want frames ?

You need to spend some time on the graphic design side of things and make your ideas for users more obvious.

Yep.
You need to fix this vulnerability to protect your site against malicious ppl.
Also, you should consider using stored procedure for log in to further deter sql injection.

There isn't any part of his site that's secure.
