(www.php.net) . Note that this is all linux based, but there are also windows modules available.(oh, and for linux it's free!!) If you just get started I suggest using MS access. It's not really a apropriate for large databases but to learn using databases, the SQL query tool is very handy. If you have ms office, it's probably already on your machine. Else, check on www.microsoft.com.
