depends
Employee information can be stored in one table or can be extended upto 5 if Oops design is involved .
For example if you see Oracle Default Database W ehave Employee table with simple Details. But the Same employee Table is different in SqlServer . If you read the GradyBooch Object oriented Designing you can see N Number of Objects regarding Employee. So The limitation depends on the requirement. For example if you need to segregate according to Salary Grades, Keeping Children details. Keeping record of Address Details Previous History Details Medical Benifits Transpost History Bonus Histor OT records Achievements & Comments History And many more SO the requirement is the factor to design Employees. For simple records just use the SqlServer 's Database Northwind Employee Table If you really need the more details write her Thanking you JB
