SQL Syntax Error

Hi,

Just wondering if anyone could help me with this error:

"You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '))' at line 1"

Also, I'm working on creating a Time Zone and if possible, I would like a little information as to how the one for this site works.

I truly appreciate the help.
