hum, I have a question.

Say I want to rep Shadow, but he is currently #8 from the top of my rep list, so does this mean, that I can agree to a post with 0 points, and then he goes back to #1 meaning I can only give him "real" rep after I give it away 10 more times again?

I hope that makes sense?

Question: Does repping someone with 0 points reset the waiting period before you can give them points again, or does it not effect that?
