Agree / Disagree and reputation
I don't know if this would be possible but...
I find it quite frustrating to agree with somebody only to be told to spread the love (well you know what I mean) before I can agree with them again. I do understand why this has been done, but can't help but wonder if it would be possible to allow the giving (or taking) of 0 rep points instead of a complete block for the time period.

I'm not so sure admins can give unlimited reputation.... they're
ordinary members just like any of us, plus endless abilities as they can mess with the forum source code.
