I'd agree, good foundations is often overlooked. Many problems put forward in the forums are a result of poor understanding of general relationship theory and design structure.
It would certainly be benificial those with less experiance, and i'm sure the more experianced would pick up some tips aswell.
And lets face it, a forum like this wouldn't do the site traffic any harm
