New User Restriction
I noticed the new user restriction implemented, but all URL's that are posted seem to be blocked not just those posted by new users.

If I type www.domain.com (w w w . d o m a i n . c o m ) it's just coming up URL.

Seems fine when you preview post, but not when you submit it.

If you still see any broken URLs or any issues associated with this new hack please post in this thread with the URL, so we can check those posts.
