No font bar and smilies bar??

Hi Mods
Last few days, i have been noticing that while posting a reply or new thread, i cant see the bar which allowed all the fonts and code tools and also the smilies options!!

Is it been removed or is it me who isnt able to see it??
Just asking because, without these options, replying looks dull and also my screen look naked while replying

Yeah, it sounds like you are using the basic editor. Change it to the
'Standard' one in the options page...

Every once in a while, it seems, the database glitches and resets someone... it's happened to me twice, now.

luckily it reset only those minor things... imagine what
it was like if it would reset reputation or betl colors...

i mean it took me ages to get that belt and reps........ i cannot imagine myself to start all over again
