Reputation Points By Newbies and CP entries

When reputation points are given by newbies the user control panel does not indicate who has given them. The entry does not show up on the actual post either. This is difficult as I cannot respond to an entry as I have recently received. I'm not really fussed about receiving zero points, it's the fact I cannot identify the feedback and respond.

Please would you respond to this Admin and\or moderators.

Thank you.

Phil.

Only moderators and admin can see who gave reputation. This column will not show for all other groups.

What about on the thread itself? I have been given reptuation by newbies but with zero points. The zero point allocation is fine and understood from the repuation rules, etc, but I think the comment should still show in the thread as it does normally. It only appears to be different for zero points.

Is this by design or is it a fault? If it is by design, please could this be changed as newbies comments are vital to the co-operatoin of contributing users and certainly for feedback purposes.

Please would you offer your comments?

Thank you.

Phil.

I can't see any reason to hide who posted the comment from non-moderators in the user CP... can you explain the logic behind this?

Thank you Admins, you have been prompt and the initial problem is corrected. Excellent service.

You have asked us to report any further problems. I have therefore raised another ticket. The details of which are:

Quote:

Ticket ID:RDV-47900
Thank you for sorting out the previous issue of the name of the person not showing in the user control panel for awarded reputation points.

There is another issue which may be by design. If a person with zero reputation points posts a reputation comment in a thread, the comments are invisible on the thread. Please would you change this as I believe this is a fault and serves no real purpose.

An example of this is:
aspfree2000 0 Agrees: Yeah, briliant idea. thanks.

This comment does not show on the thread. I believe the comment is related to the post entitled; "Just an idea".
http://forums.aspfree.com/showthrea...5299#post195299

Please would you look into this and explain?

Thank you very much.
Phil.

Fixed!

Reputation points of zero ratings are now visible in threads and we can see who awarded the points in our user control panel.

Good work Admins.

Thank you.
