Thx Jcaputo, i though that the scales is to give reputation points.
So if i have a comment inside my post that means i got some reputation points? Sorry of me being soo lame. |

Yes. When reputation points are given, the giver has an opportunity to leave a comment. This shows up inside the post that they clicked on.
