Here's some feed back from FeedReader on why they see your entries multiple times.

Problem is that this feed does not use guid element. This element should be unique to articles and then FR always knows that some article is the same as before. Now if there is no guid element then Feedreader compares title+body. If body has changed then this article is new to Feedreader.

What you can do is to write to owners of the feed and tell them to add guid element to feed

We added guid tag to all our RSS feeds.
