Celtel Says It Has Agreed to Co. Offer (AP)
AP - Kuwait's Mobile Telecommunications Co. said Tuesday it has agreed to buy Celtel International, a communications network company with major interests across Africa, in a cash deal worth $3.36 billion (2.58 billion euros).
