EBay May Face Injunction in Patent Case (Reuters)

Reuters - A U.S. appeals court ruled on
Wednesday that eBay Inc. does not have to pay a portion of the
damages in a patent lawsuit brought by MercExchange, but
cleared the way for a permanent injunction related to the
dispute.
