Retek Shares Jump on News of Oracle Offer (AP)
AP - Shares of retail software maker Retek Inc. soared Wednesday after business software maker Oracle Corp. offered $525 million for the retail software company in hopes of thwarting one of its fiercest rivals, Germany-based SAP.
