Check A Combobox

As I Already Said I Am A Begginer..
This Is My Problem
I Have 2 Combobox
I Want To Check When I Select The One Of It If The Other One Is Null Or "" (then To Return A Msgbox) And Then To Set Focus To The Null One.i Wrote A Simply Code But It Does'nt Work.
