Hello,
I would like to use a ftp client that is already working (source code given) to allow people to connect to my server. I do not want them to see the see the welcome message. The reason for this is because I am reselling the web space from my web hosting provider and they have a welcome banner/message when you connect onto the server. From the welcome message you can see the web site address of my provider. Since I am reselling this space I would like to keep my provider hidden. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks! Chris K. |

There are a number of 3rd party FTP controls you can obtain, or the MS Inet control supports FTP (I hear it's quirky sometimes).
Using a control and some VB you could create your own client program, but what's to stop your users from using cuteftp or ws_ftp? |
